Holiday Inn Toronto - Yorkdale, Toronto

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while average for a 3-star hotel, offered a unique view of the Toronto Pearson runway, allowing me to watch planes take off and land. However, the room was a bit worn, and the bathroom felt cramped. The service was exceptional as the staff really went above and beyond to cater to my needs in a timely manner. The location was convenient, especially for out-of-town guests, being close to the 401 and across from the Yorkdale Mall. On the downside, the dining experience, though well worth including in your stay, was on the pricier side at $27.95 per person.

The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance from Yorkdale shopping mall and subway station, making it perfect for travel purposes. However, the area can be noisy due to nearby hockey teams. The room service exceeded expectations with a thoughtful gesture of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, but it was on the pricier side, especially considering the expensive breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and relaxing, with a really interesting interior towards the west elevators. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, offering a clean and comfortable environment. Check out was convenient at 12 pm, and the location was close to subways and a mall. However, the west tower executive rooms, while clean and serviceable, might be a bit noisy due to car sounds if you're a light sleeper.

The service provided by the attentive and caring staff was exceptional year after year. The location was excellent, convenient for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to nearby attractions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a wide range of delicious options. The facilities offered added comfort and convenience to my stay.
